About Joshua
With a focus on foodborne pathogens and biocide tolerance, Joshua is a microbiologist finishing a PhD at Cardiff Metropolitan University. He has previously worked in UKAS-accredited food testing laboratories and has a Master's in Molecular Microbiology.
Joshua has five years of experience with food microbiology, eight years of microbiology experience and remains actively involved in both research and food safety.
